If you want good food don’t stay here
The hotel is clean and well kept. It’s easy to get to the beach and restaurants from the rooms. The pools are all a good size and didn’t feel crowded. The water park was a bonus as my kids really enjoyed it. The room we stayed in didn’t have a partition between the bathroom and the rest of the room, so it was awkward every time someone had to shower. Also their double beds are more like twin size making them impossible for two people to sleep in. We had to request another bed and also use the pull out sofa bed. This made our room feel small and awkward. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was difficult to get into any of the restaurants because they don’t take reservations. We ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. The buffet had a lot of variety but the food was mediocre at best. I didn’t enjoy the chaos in the buffet, felt like a circus. This was the First time going on a vacation where I was looking forward to coming home so I could eat good food.

Disappointing
The food was disappointing, it was like going to a cafeteria, the quality was subpar, the restaurants just served what could have been had at the buffet, the lines were long, could not get a table, the 24 hour food cafe was really bad and the food there was inedible (other than the fruit), pool side there was no food service and for the price the whole experience is one that I hope never to have again. Will not be coming back here. The room was fine (other than the noise from the adjacent room). Tried for an excursion but the staff was rude and this continued with the bellboy when trying to get a taxi. Again for the price I expected more and was disappointed.

The staff was very rude, I have never seen anything like this. They had the worst attitude. We ate the same food for the entire stay. Two of our kids got food poisoning. Restaurant Roma had an unbearable odor. Water at the only store they had costs $5 per small bottle. Would never go back or refer anyone.

Resort was beautiful and very well kept clean. Food was good the only thing I didn’t like was the restaurants are first come first serve. There was a night the wait was 2 hours so we just went to buffet. They do have an adult only pool bar witch was great. Me and hubby went to celebrate our anniversary. If you don’t want to me around kids or hear them this is not the place to stay. They do not have an adult only side just one of the pools. Otherwise great place. Buffet was actually really good so many choices. Grill next to pool for lunch was great. Room service needs more options they only had sandwiches after 11PM.
