Roach
There was a roach in our room 219 hair in the bathroom when we arrived and sunflower seeds under the edge of the bed not to mention all the food wrappers and a piece of clothing in the pull out bed and when we told the manager he said the roach was understandable but clothing and food wrappers were unacceptable and said there was no way to reimburse me anything because I booked on here

Slept okay. Not enough room for breakfast. People had to stand and eat their food and hold plates. I went to the bathroom before we left, but chose to go all the way back upstairs to our room,when I saw the 3inch cockroach in the middle of the woman’s restroom floor.

The stay started out okay. We were there for a family member funeral. We we returned from the funeral to change for other family events we couldn’t get in our room and it when bad from there. We ended up leaving because the resolution the staff presented at the hotel was unacceptable. This caused us to have to have to drive back to N.C. late in the night because no extra money to stay anywhere else. Not a good experience.

Great safe their were doing some work but everything was neat cleaned customer service was great one thing I didn't know was they hold a card when you get there or something like that when you get there they don't charge it but if you book through third party they're going to ask you for it to put on hold

The rooms are very spacious, but had a few minor issues. The hotel is currently under renovation. Check in was less than acceptable. The receptionist seemed to be doing inventory while making me wait to get checked in. I would think that this would have been done earlier in the day.
