The hotel is old and needs updates - The view is the only thing it has going for it. Special note - you have to pay to park (this is NOT mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com)- once you get inside there are signs informing you.

Room was unsecured when we went to check in. TV did not work, just said no connection. It was late and didn't glwant to wait to get it fixed. Went to shower in the morning, not soap in the provided bottles. Tawanna was excellent in addressing the issues.

Evening and overnight staff were rude
Evening and night staff at desk was rude and didnt want to be bothered. However the morning staff was great. Breakfast was not great and beds were mediocre with pillow being horrible. View was pristine though and location to other amenities is top notch.

Goldilocks hotel - Not too big, not too small!
This was my second stay here and it was just as impressive as 12 years ago! We came into town late, almost 3am, and the front desk was chipper and welcoming. The beach front and pools are clean and beautiful and we loved having breakfast downstairs each morning.

Great stay but you’ll pay to park
We stayed here several times and everything is fine. My only gripe is that they charge for parking. But meanwhile, you can park right next door in the massive public parking lot overnight for free. The staff told me once that you could not park there overnight, but I asked the local police and they said parking there overnight was fine, plus I’ve now done it three times with no issues. But other than the parking, I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn. The people are nice. The property is nice and it is directly on the beach.
