Pretty okay, decent for the price
So overall a pretty good experience. Nice staff and comfortable room, but there was a weird amount of unattended to stuff? Like, there were double doors leading to our hallway that would occasionally be closed and one was completely missing a doorknob (hotel, if you’re reading this, it’s the 11th floor) and then there wasn’t any soap in our room or towels by the pool area. Just little things that cheapened the experience.

Kevin in the bar & Alexandra in the breakfast area were amazing. They were so welcoming & personable. Was just a pleasure to interact with them. Ben at the front desk went above & beyond to help with a housekeeping issue. Valet parking was so great, especially after a long day out; I really appreciated that the charge for valet & self park were the same. We are already planning our next Irlando visit & will definitely stay here

Did the job.
Hotel appearance was nice inside. The girl at the desk was wonderful. She would be the reason I come back. There was a lot of plumbing noises in the middle of the night which made it hard to sleep. Overall only there one night so it was okay for our purpose.
