"There was no extra bed in room even though I requested it prior and got told it would be in the room ready for when we arrive.
We arrived late at about 11pm so there was no housekeeping staff in so we couldn’t even get an extra pillow or bedsheet.
Meaning my friend had resorted to sleeping on a bare slightly dirty couch present in the kitchen area.
Ridiculous that the check in staff didn’t even try to show a bit of sympathy or attempt to help.
They said you could ask in the morning, well that would be pointless as that’s after we would have needed the bed.
Substandard service. Compensation or at least an apology is necessary.
Grounds and reception area is a lovely design I will say however as a positive."

"The Riu Gresham was an oasis of comfort and delight! From the lovely en suites, with comfortable beds, to the attentive staff, and wonderful meal service, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. After reading other reviews about parking, we chose to drop our car off at the airport before settling into the hotel. It was about a 30 minute ride and cost our son in law about 20 euros. To get back to the airport, you can catch the AerBus right across from the hotel. Just make sure you give yourself a bit of a window. Our driver left 5 minutes before the scheduled ride! "
"The marlin is a great hotel, the cosy rooms really live up to there name, placed a very convenient area, most things are walking distance if not the public transport is very accessible! Only issue we had was the tv in the room but the staff were happy to help with this issue, the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly! "
