No one at the front Desk when I arrived for check in. Had to wait. Then had to pay a 50€ holding fee for no reason.. wasn't told takes 3/4 days to be refunded. Pointless. Was given the wrong room, booked a double room and was given a triple room with a bunk bed, felt I was back in high school on a school trip . and when I entered the room was freezing cold, with just one small electric heater on the far side of the room. Meant to be a 4 star hotel?? Hmmm I'd say more like 3 stars. Bed was not to the standard of a 4 star.. and the fact I had to keep my jacket on inside my room was extremely bad. Overpriced for the room and the service... but a great location overall

Very rude staff. Gave us the wrong room and then said I had made the change. Don't give you all the information and wrong information that is needed re Carpark and buses that they organise. After we checked in and then went out the staff entered our room while we were not there. Great location.

Overall it was a lovely stay but the fire alarm went off everyday we were there. It was fine on the first day because it was a drill but it went off again the next morning and the next. And the cleaner lady came in on the last morning at about 8am but then realised we were in bed so left and said sorry.
