This is an airport hotel so expectations were set fairly low. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how flawless the stay was. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful and it was so easy to catch the shuttle to the airport. The rooftop restaurant was also a nice surprise, the food was quite good. So, we will stay there again as we travel through Dublin.

We arrived at 10pm for an early morning flight. Staff were very pleasant on reception and pre-empted our needing a shuttle bus in the morning and made sure we had a reservation. We did not use any of the amenities on this trip as just an overnight before our flight. The only thing we would say is it was too hot in the hotel corridors, must be costing a fortune to heat

The transfer from airport to hotel was seamless. Front desk staff could have had a bit more welcoming and friendly. You do need to schedule the shuttle from the hotel to airport. Room was pleasant, balcony is useless it is very small and overlooks the parking lot and busy road. The roof top restaurant needed advance reservations and had nothing available for hotel guests. The Kitty Hawk Restaurant in lobby was pleasant.
