Disappointing
Was a very quick visit for a competition we flew in early and couldn’t check in. My daughter needed to get ready for the competition and leave hotel before 3pm their was no compassion and still charged 45euro even though the room was ready. We paid for 3 rooms only using 2 as one of the guests had covid so couldn’t travel. We asked if breakfast could be in with our rooms as their was only 3 of us and we paid nearly £800 I really think this was poor considering. And in one of the rooms their was a pair of socks left from previous guest

Hotel
Although some distance Dublin city centre We rated the hotel as excellent, staff friendly and very helpful. Food again was good and bar staff again very helpful. To get into the city we caught the 40E ( stops at hotel) which took us to the link for the metro.You can take a 40D but this is all by bus and we were told the 40E was quicker ( took about 30mins). Would stay at hotel again.

Been there a few times now, its fine but getting on the expansive side of what it provides, and if it gose above 140 per night as it is now , i will be staying somewhere else.

The policy of taking a 100 euro deposit irrespective that the room was pre-paid is a ridiculous policy for business travellers. The decor in the room is very dated, TV units are old and built into wall so; laptops cannot use as second screens. quality of tv units is poor
