"I chose this hotel because it was new but the facilities were a bit disappointing. The door handle was loose and the towel rack fell down the first day we arrived. Hope it was just some teething problem.
But the staff were helpful and polite. The location was fine as the hotel was close to On Nut BTS station, Big C, Lotus, massage shops, a local market and a night market. It was away from the downtown and the cost of food and massage was relatively lower."

Location was quite good, walking distance to a Ekkamai BTS station and shopping center, supermarket at the same building and also many 7-Elevens near by. Breakfast was also good and usually not too crowded. Swimming pool was nice, though the water was a bit cold."

Although it takes me 5 minutes to BTS station on foot ,there is free shuttle service. Welcome drink for guest is delicious. However, the food for breakfast is not delicious even there is a lot of choices.

"I booked "Two Bedroom Suite", and I brought my own pots and spatula. It was very nice to cook and use the microwaes when we went back to hotel late. (Hotel provided spoons, forks in the drawer) It was also very convenient to use the washing machine which has the dunction of dring! Breakfast is simple but delicious! We have tried different kinds of Thai cuisine during our stay, such as congee, noodle, fried rice, fish soup.....ect. Love the friendly staff and the perfect experience in Maitria....
