Room 9 curtain - indecent exposure.
Paid USD 1600.00 for 4 nights. Was given room 9 on the 1st floor , curtains were short and offered no privacy to the street, allowing for passersby pedestrians to has a bottom up view. ( Keep your pants on!) Was informed could not have had a room change. Included breakfast sub-par - watery eggs, horrible sausage, and salad bar with no plastic sneeze guards, allowing for possibility of contamination. Floor in bedroom was dirty. Lots of new trainees - Positives - bathroom clean but toilet hard to flush, shower pressure ok Overall. Overpriced for level of service. US equivalent 60-100 - not 400

I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my family for four days. The room was large and comfortable. In my opinion the best was the breakfast and the restaurant manager Roberto who personally gave special attention to all customers.

Family friendly and centrally located.
Overall good experience. Family friendly as it had induction stove in rooms, plates, utensils etc and a Tesco next door. Uber cost to center of town is about 16 pounds. Earl’s court station is a 15-20 min walk and 6 pounds by Uber. Only con is that bathrooms are tiny in some rooms ( we had 3 rooms in our stay)

Great location near central London
For families - the hotel has a kitchenette option in rooms and a Tesco right nextdoor which makes the whole experience easier on larger groups. The bathrooms are extremely tiny though and while I am sure the housekeeping tries it’s humanly best, it’s not pleasing to the eye to see a tiny bathroom that gets used by more than 1 person. Hotel is centrally located (but you need a cab to get to Hop on tours, maybe even the Earl’s court train station). In summary, good location, well accommodated rooms for families but bathrooms could be bigger !
