Extremely Disappointed
The space that was provided was not as advertised. The space was extremely small. We had 5 adults staying at the place. It was advertised that were would be a futon. Instead what we were given was a twin sized mattress hidden in the closet without space to place it. There was not space to put the twin mattress so we had to place it in the middle of the kitchen which left no space in the kitchen. The kitchen table took up half of the space but we couldn't use cause of spacing. Also, it was advertised there was free wifi which did not work the entire 5 day stay.

It's okay I guess
We booked for 3 adults but were given the couples room. This room is very small and barely adequate for 3 people. Also check in is only till midnight and our flight was delayed so we really had to rush to make sure we could get into the apartment. Also don't bother asking the people at check in anything because they are literally only there to check you in. Convenient to Haneda Airport which is nice and room overall is clean.

"Friends" apartment
We stayed in one of the "friends" apartments with two floors. I was traveling with my partner and 7 month old baby. The apartment was more spacious than most accommodations in Tokyo. It was clean and it was nice to have a washing machine. I was concerned about the shower not having a shower curtain, but what the pictures don't show clearly is that the bathtub and shower are enclosed and there's a door that prevents the water from the shower from wetting the bathroom floor. The neighborhood, Kamata, is about 20-45 minutes away from the big Tokyo attractions, but its a good place to stay if you want to get a sense of how the locals live. The restaurants are also cheaper than the more touristy areas but the food is just as good. One of the negatives was that you have to sign back on to the wifi every time if your phone sleeps. It was kind of annoying, but not really that big of a deal.

Kamata is a very convenient place to stay
Hard to find the place at first. Keys collection is quite far from location.
