We stay at the hotel every time we vacation in Punta Cana 5 times already. It is safe, clean, and staff very polite and accommodating. Beautiful atmosphere. The restaurants at the hotel are excellent.We like to dine there as well as going out to many other restaurants that Punta Cana has to offer. We plan to stay at the Westin again next year.

This property is top notch with all the modern amenities you desire. It makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay whether for business or pleasure. It is also wonderful for a relaxing family or romantic getaway. The dining is delicious spectacular! This resort truly is an oasis and bonus-it is a very short drive from the airport. A true treasure in Punta Cana. We would love to come back to the Westin Punta Cana soon!

Hotel is nice.. but dont leave your credit card with them.. I ask them to call me a taxi to the airport.. I paid the taxi in cash (20$ crazy for a 6 min drive but ok wtv) after I arrived home I received an email receipt and the hotel had charged me for the taxi.. 19 days later and I am still going back and forth with them for a refund. I spent 1000$ for 1 night and they are hustling me for 20$ very weird.. and very disappointing experience after what was a very nice hotel stay

Fantastic stay. Beautiful resort and well maintained. Service was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fresh with many options. Dinner was great but limited options for vegetarians or vegans. Wonderful place to just relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful beach and scenery. Highly recommend. Not much to do in the village of Punta Cana but a few tour options that can be booked at the hotel.
