Food was very boring same every day . Minibar service in the room was horrible basically none . Bottles were empty since we got there and never came to filled . When did last day same type of alcohol in three bottles. When complained acted as they care but never did . Very polite but careless. Been in other RIU in Mexico that were 100 times better . No procceco or champagne in the hotel at all , very weird. It was ok but not at RIU level . Cleaning was poor too.

I stayed with my partner 12-16 of October. My review will be as honest as possible. I don’t usually write these. My stay was a fair experience for the price I paid. The shows they provide in the theater are great, the performers are very talented!!! The pool entertainers are also very friendly, funny and made sure you enjoyed. The pool itself was not clean. There was cups, flies, mint everywhere. The drinks at the bars were not strong and I honestly didn’t even want to drink after a few days of trying, the flavors weren’t great. The food was OKKKKK. I’m not a picky person. RIU Palace and Republica definitely has better food. Republica had jerk chicken by the pool as snacks. RIU Pool party is always a great time, the club Pacha played good music. The sports bar only had ham and cheese sandwiches as snacks, where as Palace gives you burgers, hot dogs, and nachos. Def go down town punta cana to see diff bars etc. Overall you make the best of your experience. Made some new friends.
