I know you can do better!!
I paid for a Junior Suite room with king size bed. I requested upper floor, and NO ground floor room. Why checking in at the premium desk, they told me after 25 minutes that I was in the wrong line, and I did have a ground floor room. I went into the premium line because I was told I was a premium guest member after my last visit to Barcelo. So, I was instructed to I get into the regular check- in line for another 30 minutes. I made my displeasure known, and I was given a upper floor room with a oceanview, but with a double bed room, and not the king size bedroom that was paid for. Another thing I noticed with the Theme restaurants the food was coming out cold. I made my concern with one of restaurants while I made my food order for the second visit. They corrected the problem and it was a good visit. These were my only complaints during this visit. I plan to come back soon and I hope these problems are resolved. It's still one of my favorite resorts to visit. Keep up the good work!!
