Great location
Really great location. Close to Shinjuku station, shops, restaurants. Staff are excellent. Rooms are fresh and clean. All the amenities for a short day are there.

Good 6.0
Small but clean
Positives: Room was in excellent condition and clean; Close to convenience stores and restaurants; they gave us a lovely Christmas greeting; drinks vending machine on each floor was handy; staff were helpful. Negatives: Space was very tight (to be fair we did go in with that expectation having stayed in another Ibis before); the height of the raised bathroom can be a problem getting in & out for people with stiff knees; noisy with sirens from outside due to poor sound proofing

Everything was good. Excellent location and service. Just a tiny bit disappointed that the room window is frosted can’t see anything .

Internet trouble
Everything is good except the internet on the 5th floor was super bad. The hotel staff was informed about this but they couldn’t find alternative except to offer changing room for me. I turned down their kind offer as too troublesome to move.
