Not the best choice

The location of this hotel is far from ideal. The room was clean and bedbug free. There were absolutely no amenities. The door lock was very difficult to open or close. There was no working WiFi(although advertised). The shower had cold water only. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was so loud it was impossible to get a good nights sleep (and I was exhausted). English was very limited. The person on the desk was very helpful and obliging. If it wasn’t for him this experience could have been a whole lot worse.

It wasn't what I expect it for the price and because they said they are located in Punta Cana, which it's not true. I didn't feel safe, not hot water, room very noises, not clean, the sheets very poor condition, not recommended to anybody.

While the property was very clean, my experience was disappointing. The Internet was extremely slow, making it impossible to work. The reservation included breakfast, but it was not offered at the hotel. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the TV didn’t work. The hotel is on the fourth floor, but there is no elevator, which made access quite inconvenient.

This hotel is the worst! The first hotel we had the toilet was running over. They offered us another room and when it was time to bath NO HOT WATER! Immediately we checked out and had to book another hotel. Please don’t ever go to this hotel it is the WORST. The employee knew the hot water didn’t work and told me it is NOT HIS FAULT. I wish I could get my money back
