The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, while the third bedroom with a sofa bed for two, desk and wardrobe.

These two bedrooms benefit of the third bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

A baby cot and an high chair for a baby can be provided upon request with a small extra cost.

Guests can park their car in the private garage located about 200 meters away from the apartment.



The apartment is located in the city centre of Desenzano; the lake and the beach can be reach with few steps. Restaurants, bars and cafes are within easy reach, as well as the castle of Desenzano and the archaeological site of Villa Romana.



Guests can easily reach the beautiful peninsula of Sirmione (15 minutes by car) to visit the Scaliger Castle, the Caves of Catullus and relax at the Baths of Aquaria.

For those who want to visit the lake, there are boat tours that "touch" the cities of Desenzano del Garda, Manerba, Salò, Riva del Garda, Bardolino and Garda. Families and children can easily reach the amusement parks of Gardaland and Movieland (25 minutes by car) and the water park Caneva Aquapark (30 minutes).



Train station of Desenzano del Garda is close to the apartment (15 minutes by foot).

30 minutes by car, or 25 with the train from Desenzano train station, guests can reach the famous city of Verona. The cities of Venice and Milan are also easily accessible by road or rail.



The apartment can be reached from the nearby Verona airport (40 minutes by car) and from the motorway at the Desenzano exit.
