Lovely bedroom and balcony. Quirky cupboard bedside unit doors broken but don’t need to use. Needed better shower option. Spa bath good but not handy as took 15mins to fill sufficiently and door on toilet area would be better. Staff / owners however absolutely wonderful and helpful. As we had car great option as gated - so secure at nights

A real hidden gem.
This small hotel is an absolute gem. The owner Magdalena and her mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Magdalena was very helpful in finding out local train times and also advising on places of interest to visit. The continental breakfast had a great choice of cereals, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yoghurt beautiful home made cakes. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is situated just a five minute stroll from the center of Desenzano. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a very small property, but that is what makes it so special. Everyone was so helpful, and wonderful suggestions were given as to places to visit. Breakfast was delicious. We were leaving early on our final morning there, and breakfast was left for us in the room so we had something to eat for the ride. I highly recommend the property.

A wonderful extra long weekend
A wonderful hotel / b&b with friendly hosts a and a perfect location. It was.close the the town centre without being distributed by any of the noise, with easy access from the main road and secure parking. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfasts were fresh with plenty of choice and the hosts incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, giving tips on things to do. I would happily stay here again. It was a great location and easy to travel to from Bergamo airport, travel around the lake was easy from the ferry port just 10 minutes walk away.
