The hotel is in a quiet but convenient location. Breakfast was good and the views from the rooftop are fantastic.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to pier. Or 25 mins walk to train station. Mini supermarket nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely view in the breakfast area. Good variety of breakfast.

I had a lake view and views of the castle but this means overlooking a busy road too. The breakfast room is a lovely rooftop terrace which an incredible view.

Liked the fact it was a few minutes away from the lake. Good choice for breakfast (pancakes, cereal, croissants, fruit..) like the fact that it was on the top floor as the view was lovely.

Location good, hotel just okay.
Hotel was okay, not sure why all the excellent reviews as it is just an average hotel. The view we had was horrible so I would request a high room. The balcony was one of the worst I have ever seen, full of rust. The hotel is in need of renovation. Breakfast area was nice and breakfast was good, scrambled eggs looked horrendous. We had a problem with the parking, it never worked the hotel said it wasn’t their fault but the garages they need to get these things right for their guests. Apparently there is free parking nearby but we were not told about this . Overall good location, hotel just ok. We stayed in a lot nicer for the same price around Garda.

Overnight stay in Desenzano
Hotel is in a great location near to centre of Desenzano for bars, restaurants, boats etc but just far enough away for quiet at night. Very clean, lovely room and bathroom and wonderful roof terrace for breakfast.
