"For the price paid I was very happy with this stay. Helpful instructions to self check-in with very prompt & friendly replies. Good location with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Handy to have a kettle, cups etc available in shared common area. It perhaps wasn't clear on the Expedia room information that the room I choose had a shared bathroom & I likely wouldn't have chosen this if I'd realised. However, it wasn't a problem. Other guests were considerate, kept it clean and there was never a wait, so I was happy. You're not going to find a room as cheap as this anywhere else in Bergamo & I would stay again."

This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh pastries and bread left at the door in the morning, to match the jams, yoghurt, milk and cereal in the room, along with coffee pods for the machine in the room. Parking available for EUR10 per day onsite. 10-15 minute walk to the funicular ir bus to beautiful Citta Alta. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended."

"It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."
