Great stay!
A great, clean, and moden hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast for me) at the hotel restaurant, was amazing!

I was super excited to be staying in downtown Syracuse, however once I arrived the state of this hotel was just down right awful. It needs serious updating. The parking garage smells like it has a gas leak, the parking meter said I have exceeded the amount of cars for the day. The parking pass was for all day in and out. On to the inside of the hotel, very very old. I checked into my room to find the beds unmade, garbage still in the cans and a used wash cloth on the table. Very disgusting! The man at the front desk was clueless. He didn’t offer a new room he said he was going to have someone make the bed. Very poor experience!! I do not recommend

Left sore and restless
To start, the drapes had stains on them, making the room feel unclean, the toilet wouldn't flush whatsoever, there was barely any room in the bathroom to put anything for hygiene purposes, the pillows were ROCK hard and the bed had no blanket, only a sheet. I had to call down and have a blanket brought up late at night.

Don’t recommend staying at crown plaza hotel
There were stains on the bed and also had to move rooms because I got locked out the room as in the key stop working and tried doing new key still stop working and I asked for 2 queen beds and was given two full beds

Overall experience was good did have issue with billing upon checking in was charged twice young lady said that was normal and Hotel.com would reimburse me once Hotel showed I paid. I wasn’t sure of this questioned young man on my way out and he reversed my charges and parking for my troubles. ( as he found Hotel.com payment) Very nice of him.

So-so stay.
The check in girl swiped my parking pass or a new one multiple times which caused me to get charged. Then I had an extra $95 charge that no one would help with. They gave me two keys and hours later I wanted to have a key at the desk for my bf who was flying in late and meeting me there, they wouldn’t make another key and told me I had to come back tj the desk with a key, and this took five people to figure this out and confirm it. Staffs just uneducated and very disinterested in their jobs.

Major Road noise and Needs updating
Middle of the road cleanliness. Dated rooms are 20 years past due for remodeling. No tubs shower only, and the showers heads flow straight from the ceiling so awkward if you don't need to wash you hair. The highway road noise is significant bring earplugs if you want any amount of sleep.
