"I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this property. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable and concerning. There was visible mold in the room, including on fixtures, and the hair dryer was filled with dust. Dust buildup was noticeable throughout the space. The room also had a strong odor that smelled like a mix of mildew and bleach, which made it unpleasant to stay in. The headboard had what appeared to be a handprint on it, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The toilet seat was peeling and clearly in need of replacement. Additionally, the listing mentioned a fan, but there was no fan in the room at all. To make matters worse, there was loud construction happening in the lobby during my stay, which was disruptive. I attempted to contact staff both via email and through Expedia chat multiple times over my 3-night stay and never received a response. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and complete lack of communication from staff made this a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest improvements before others consider booking."
