Best quality for the price!!
Can't beat it for the price!! Very clean and friendly, stayed for one week, and ended up staying for the whole 21days your allowed to stay in a row. Only left to another hotel because of the 21 day restrictions. Currently looking for a place to rent and it's been the most affordable option for the quality of stay we were looking for!!

For the price you can't beat it!! Are there some things I'd like different, sure!! For one, although it's posted everywhere that it's a non smoking hotel, and all smoking is to be done in parking lot away from building, people are smoking right outside the rooms and in the stairwell.

Stay was ok - room was adequate however I had to replace my room key several times because they became inactive. Desk said it was because key was too close to my phone or key fob. Funny this has never happened to my room keys at other places before

Roaches were crawling on the bed and wall upon entering. The room smelled like stale beer and sheets looked dirty. Do not book here unless you want to stay in a roach coach literally. Had to find another hotel.

Very nice visit
Front Desk was very nice and friendly. They even extended our check out time by one hour. The rooms don't have a mini fridge or microwave, so you may want to bring a cooler. The front desk had a Styrofoam one available, that they let us use. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but otherwise the place was great, well priced, close to everything you would want to experience in Spring Hill. Buccaneer Bay is right across the street. Sadly the Spring was not open, but Rogers Park is a short beautiful drive away. I would recommend Motel 6 and make sure to get breakfast at The Breakfast Station!!!

Very unpleasant experience. We were concerned about lice, to be honest. Would NOT recommend. Waited at the front desk for 10 min before anyone came out to check us in. Frequented by unsavory characters of the working girls and their clientele. Not for families. Pay the extra money and upgrade to a sanitary hotel, this ain't it. Also this is my 3rd attempt at submitting a review so obvs they don't want the truth out there.

Room was good. Bed was very uncomfortable... Only had 2 towels and a washcloth. Rooms need fridges so when people like me come to visit we have a place to keep drinks . Had my youngest grandchild and she takes special milk only used 2 bottles out of it and had to throw away a $7 milk, what a waste...
