I took my 13yr old granddaughter away for 2nights ,the hotel was amazing very modern just what a teenager wonts ,we had a brilliant time the pool , jacuzzi& stream room where brilliant lovely and clean and very friendly couldn’t do enough for you. What’s her name?we give a big shout out to Zara who was on reception what a lovely kind & friendly lady she even gave us a free drink to take away with us overall it was outstanding

Really great price for a decent overnight stay. Terrible pillows and quite a lot of noise which made it tricky to sleep. Amazing pool and facilities and staff really friendly and attentive. Restaurant food really awful for GF and drinks quite expensive, staff very polite and attentive however.

Great room thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing was the food at lunchtime. Wanted to eat before going to Bombay sapphire and the food was both cold and unfortunately tasteless. Noise from bar until midnight. Was told it was the gym and would stop at 10pm (it wasn’t and didn’t). Receptionist unhelpful. Predictably then woken at 6am by the spin instructor (rooms are torture devices as opposed to functional for sleep). Very angry and disappointed in this stay and in the attitude of the staff.
