We stayed for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Great location and value for money. Family room was good size and having the pool was an added bonus that the kids loved. Plenty of onsite parking paid at £7 at check in for 24 hours. Definitely recommend for a good value overnight stop.

Over the weekend the breakfast and staff were outstanding. On the day we left the quality of the pastries was less than satisfactory but everything else was great. We had an issue with one of our evening meals but the staff dealt with this efficiently and without fuss making a reasonable adjustment to the bill. The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment so access to the pool and facilities was not as smooth as on previous trips, but still a place I'd recommend for travel with families or for work.

We had such a lovely experience for one night - super friendly reception staff ( a French lady I believe), good drink service at the bar, room was more than adequate, pool & spa was excellent (my wife used it in the morning), and breakfast was excellent with lovely people managing the floor. ONE minor comment only on the food: the scrambled egg was a strange consistency. I've had the same in two HIs now and it's not very nice - but everything else was great! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Entrance and seating area is modern and fresh. Staff were so welcoming and attentive in all areas. The pool was disappointing though-the jacuzzi wasn’t working and the changing rooms need renovating. Pool was warm and not crowded. Overall, a wonder stay with delicious breakfast.

The hotel was ideal for the one night stay we needed prior to attending a funeral locally. The staff at check in/out were professional, polite and friendly. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, attentive and engaged in conversation. The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice depending on guest’s preferences! Highly recommend!
