Lovely friendly hotel staff can’t do enough for you, free parking, 2 minutes from the metro, beautiful quay views, The hotel has everything that is needed, excellent continental breakfast real value for money. Some rooms are a little tired but very clean, but other than that excellent hotel, generous times for checking in and out and definitely will be staying here again without a doubt.

Extremely disappointing. Room was tired and need of decoration. The most uncomfortable aspect of the stay was the temperature in the room. It was absolutely boiling ... no air conditioning. Never slept and the windows could only be opened marginally as we were on the fourth floor.
