Room was exactly as described and was clean. The only down side was the other hotel room doors banging. Some adjustments could prevent the doors from slamming.

6/10 Good

This budget hotel was decent for the price, offering a clean room at an affordable rate. It was a convenient option for an early flight from Luton Airport. However, I felt very unsafe in the surrounding area, which significantly affected my overall experience. While the hotel itself served its purpose for a short overnight stay, the location was a major drawback for me. Honestly, I would be unlikely to stay in Luton again and would rather travel from London at night than spend another night in the area.

10/10 Exceptional

On arrival, everything went perfectly well. I found security good and even had to use my room card to operate the lift. My room was perfect, however, my tv was faulty, and I was straight away upgraded to another room, and they even made sure that, that tv worked. The staff were extremely helpful. WiFi was great, and the power shower brilliant. The bed very clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was scrumptious and the coffee was good and I could help myself 24/7. I stayed only for 2 nights and it was a perfect stay.

6/10 Good

Good central location if you want to be close to the shopping mall ( right next door) , high street and airport. But quite scruffy and dirty outside. Room felt clean, but bathroom had not been cleaned very well ( dirty bath and sink). Plenty of tea and coffee in reception, but would be so much nicer to have kettle etc in room. I had to go down 4 floors for a cup of tea and carry it back up in lift.

Hotel is not that simple to get to from Luton Airport, and it's difficult to find out how to get there from information on the website. They were however, great letting me check in advance to help with my travel.

8/10 Very good

We were pleasantly surprised at just how good this budget hotel was. Decent sized room with everything we needed, except air conditioning although a fan was provided. Had to keep window closed as it was quite noisy outside. Reception staff on arrival (very late) was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
