We will visit again
Slightly dated but an excellent, clean, comfy hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Quiet despite our room being above the bar entrance. Breakfast, plentiful beautiful (I highly recommend the sausage). Check in and check out swift. Perfect location for a visit to Twycross Zoo

Friendly welcome
This is our 4th visit and once again the hotel was great. We checked in on line and collected our key and the lady at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good as always. For the price you really can’t complain. We will definitely be back again.

Have stayed many times but this Tim Ed not so good! Insufficient towels in rooms for 2 Bed mattresses are shot z as nd past best Contacted food poisoning in restaurant but hard to prove! Initial treatment when reporting was poor management not on site! Child’s meals are way to big for 5 year old and over priced at £9!! Will I book a gain ??? Don’t know

6/10 Good

The Inn was very nice from the outside. If your just going to eat in the restaurant it has a very good menu to suit all tastes. but be prepared to pay top prices (95p for half a tomato). The room that we stayed in was a family room which was not in very good condition and set out wrong in our opinion, as the children's beds should have been placed separately from the adults bed, with some form of separation. There was no air-conditioning in the Inn so was very warm and stuffy which made it uncomfortable. There should be a lift to enable easy access to the second floor as very difficult for the elderly with walking aids or has difficulty walking up stairs as they were very steep. The breakfast service was very good with a very good menu and caters for all tastes. The staff throughout were very helpful and friendly.
