Pleasant surprise
Got here a little late, hotels.com didn't offer instructions on how to check in, but the owner/manager? Came right away and helped me to my room. Very nice guy, explained how everything worked. The room was very cute, cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, great shower, and I was even given some cookies from the café they're partnered with. People complaining about the noise must be super sensitive to sounds because it's no louder than normal street noise. The café staff at Hattie Bells was also amazing. I wish i had gotten everyone's name because they were all wonderful. Will definitely stay again if I come through the area as it's directly across from the train station. Doesn't get more convenient than that! Only con is obviously its a bed & breakfast so no elevator and i was on the top floor so it was a bit of a struggle but other than that, everything and everyone was great!

Perfect little.pla e
Amazing. Just an amazing stay overnight at the caboose hotel. We were met at the door with cookies and a full explanation of how everything would work, given the breakfast was served in a pup just down the road. The room was perfect for our needs, quiet and with the most comfy bed we have ever slept on. Highly recommended

Weekend stay
Check in easy. Room was fine bed really comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and shower really good. Carpets could have looked better and some paint missing on the walls but other than that all good. Received vouchers for breakfast at hetty bells just down the road. Staff there very good and friendly. Food was fine.

The hotel itself was nice, but it took us over an hour to figure out the parking situation, as the emailed instructions were not very clear. The staff was friendly though, and everything was clean.

Super place to stay in Salisbury
A really super place to stay in Salisbury. Next to the station and just a short walk into the city centre, this is an ideal hotel for exploring Salisbury and the wider area. Our room was spacious, well appointed, quiet and the bed was really comfy. Great shower and excellent toiletries. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time. Really good quality fruit juice, well baked breads and pastries and great tea/coffee. When I next visit Salisbury I am definitely staying here again!

A Boutique Hotel
The hotel is just a 3 minutes walk from the train station. We booked two rooms which were newly decorated especially the bathroom which was modern and the toiletries were good to use. Free canned water were provided. However, there is no lift in the whole building but we had been informed right after the booking. The young reception lady suggested to help us to send the luggages to our room but we didn’t let her to do so. The free breakfast was good enough to start a day. We are all satisfied for staying in such a boutique hotel and definitely we shall stay again in the future.

Very clean hotel. It has air conditioning and heat. Breakfast was excellent ! The only things I didn’t like are No lift to move luggage upstairs Not 24 hours check in. If you can’t check in their available hours in the morning , you have to wait till the reception reopen at 3:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon.

Great Find - Highly recommend
The hotel is magical - the staff super friendly. The decor elegant - remodel very well done - its very chic and not done in cheep way - the quality of toiletries and tea in room are high end - organic - wish we could stay here longer. The only thing to watch out for is check-in is closed from 12h-15h. The stairway up to the rooms is a bit narrow. Not a problem but just to be aware if you use oversized luggage. I would defiantly stay here again.
