Estuvimos en el 2019 y ahora Noviembre 2024. Desayuno y almuerzo son muy repetitivos y poca variedad, no vimos mariscos incluyendo los básicos como camarones y mejillones. Solo en los restaurantes a la carta encontramos Camarones como mariscos. Restaurante a la carta la comida fue servida tibia. El snack al lado del río lento es muy bueno y su personal muy atento. Los postres fueron buenos en su gran mayoría. Instalaciones tuvieron super bien, nos tocó una habitación céntrica a todo. El hotel es bueno para ir en familia. El equipo de animación es bueno y no son invasivos como otros hoteles. En resumen: instalaciónes 9/10; comida 8/10; personal 10/10

This resort did not exceed my expectations. The travel club was a nightmare. They took up so much of our time to get us to pay 20k to be privileged guests. Then Jean was so mad when we said no he looked disgusted and ripped the papers up in front of us. We just gave him 5 stars so there wouldn’t be any problems. I have been to 2 other resorts and this was by far the worst. The staff is not friendly there is a language barrier and it was frustrating.One of the ladies used water from the fountain to mop the floor. We made reservations when we got here and that couldn’t find them for the steakhouse. We ended up leaving because of the wait. The Buffets were all good. There were a lot of flies tho. We used the trolley once when we got there and once when we left. I’m used to having transportation available on a resort. There was a plus the food was good.

I love the lazy river however you NEED more floaties theres literally like10. Also the pressure for timeshare is NOT OK. Calling us every morning. We are on vacation why would u call us every morning. Also i paid for vacation not for a timeahare. Do not pressure me that was wrong and deff disturbed my vacation.
