Very pleasant 3 day stay
The hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping and a movie theater nearby. The hotel staff is friendly. Everything about the stay was great. Note the closet jangling space in our room was limited but there was plenty of space in the room to spread out. Also note the hotel is near I95 so if your room faces it you will hear a little road noise.

Worth a second stay
The good: We were able to check in at 9am which was amazing after our cruise. They even offered us breakfast. The room was big, clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-15). Toilet was hard to flush, had to hold down the flusher forever but the bathroom was clean. Sink was outside the bathroom which I always appreciate. We could play board games that we brought in the eating area. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Shuttle to airport in the morning was easy to book and prompt. The bad: Bring ear plugs. The AC is the loudest I have ever experienced. Pillows weren’t the best but were fine, one had a big hard lump in it. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice property, thoughtless neighbors.
Check out was efficient and the room was ready. The room was spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, the room next to me had some preteens or teens in it who were quite loud and rambunctious even at 11:30 at night.

Less than satisfactory for services offered. Bar was not stocked, breakfast was not staffed. Front desk staff was never available. Shuttle service was horrible. Web price to port was $9 pp, when infact it was $16. Booked for 11am, finally showed up at 11:45. NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed here before our cruise, easy to book transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise ship. No restaurant available but one across the street at their sister hotel. Did not go, so cannot comment.
