Nice but noisy
Stay was fine. Walls were very thin so if you are unlucky like us, you might have very noisy neighbours. We were also by the main road.

Still good, but worse than my previous experience
I've stayed at this hotel before, as it is close to the parks and is large enough for my family (I rented a two-bedroom appartment). The place was nice as usual, but there were some things that really annoyed me this time: - It took me +45 minutes to check in. There were only 2-3 people checking guests in, while 5-6 people at the concierge desks talking to each other. A staff rebalancing would be helpful, at least during busy times - Internet access was really bad. It was very hard to connnect at all, and when connected, it was super slow. - Still has very limited housekeeping service (although slightly more than right after the pandemic). They come once ever 2-3 days and just to change towels and bed laying. At this stage, this should be improved - They have removed all telephones in the room, just leaving one in the master bedroom. If you want to call the front desk or housekeeping, you can't do it if someone is sleeping there. There used to be at least one additional phone in the kitchen area

Overall a good place to stay. Watchout for the Marketplace. $13 for a pint of icecream and it was terrible!!! They also will try to set you up with a timeshare sales meating.

Tons of space, very clean.
This was the perfect place for our family. My husband and I had our own separate bedroom as did our kids. Loved having the kitchen and dining room. The place was spotless and parking was a breeze. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff was veery courteous and friendly, communicated very well all the details at check in. My only complaint was the cleaning they did an ok job seems like they did the bare minimum when it came to house keeping, our floors were dirty as the kids socks would get pretty filthy. This was our first time not staying at a Disney resort but the location is great, it’s just close enough to Disney.
