Great service throughout the stay starting with our superstar at check-in. Our reservation was mistakenly a smoking room and he easily switched us to non smoking which was huge since it’s a casino property. Had dinner at the bar at Abiaka and the service and meal was perfect!

8/10 Very good

We had an overall nice stay, some of the staff was great! We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great.

10/10 Exceptional

This was our first time visiting the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & were VERY pleasantly surprised. Everyone that we encountered from valet, bell hops, front desk, restaurant service staff, casino staff, & housekeeping were all friendly, helpful, & professional. Our room was clean & spacious. The bed & pillows were outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was delicious. The pool & property were very well kept up & clean. If I had to complain about anything it would be the towels & toilet paper. They were the only things that we felt weren’t up to the standard of this hotel & property. We will most definitely be staying again & would highly recommend. PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.
