Overall fantastic!
The staff is amazing. They were warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The shuttle service was a great convenience. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The buffet breakfast and dinners were a plus!

Best Disney decision ever!
Our stay at The Drury Inn and Suites was excellent! The property itself was beautiful, and staff couldn’t have been any better. If you’re familiar with Drury, you know they go above and beyond for their guests. We arrived just after the marketplace closed and our daughter’s allergies were acting up like crazy. I needed to get her some Benadryl, so an employee (I believe her name was Victoria) gifted us a small box and made our daughter so much more comfortable those first couple of days. The service didn’t stop there, from the daily breakfast buffet, to the evening kickback (May as well call it dinner), to convenient shuttles to all of the Disney parks, Drury makes your vacation a breeze. So glad we chose this over staying in an on-site Disney resort! No resort fees, and no, you don’t need a car. If the shuttle can’t get you where you need to go, a Lyft is always right around the corner.

Excellent hotel!! Perfect location to walk to Disney Springs. Free shuttle and early entry to Magic Kingdom is a great perk. We enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner and 3 alcohol drinks per day. Cannot beat the value in this hotel for a family visit to Orlando.

Great spot to stay in Orlando area
This is a great place. Tremendous value when you consider the free breakfast, supper, 3 alcohol drinks per day, free Disney shuttles, etc. We got to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks each night from our hotel window as well.
