We had a wonderful stay!! Our room was beautiful, had a great view and was so clean. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was easy to turn on. The staff was very wonderful and fun to talk to at check in and were insanely helpful with our questions. We only stayed 2 nights but i will definitely be staying at this location or any other locations in the future!

Everything was very good, but I think the pool and Jacuzzi area should be kept tidier and cleaner; apart from that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was very good, staff excelent and the room was clean when we arrived.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that we had a line of ants on the ceiling. However, the rest of the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient and close to the attractions. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast, as it could offer more variety. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

We have been coming to Comfort Inn for a long time. We actually don’t like the new Comfort Inn since the renovation but only stay there because it’s close to Old Town. It’s lost its charm. Also our identity was stolen while we were there a couple of years ago and when we mentioned it to management they were not concerned.
Verified review

It was clean, the service was good. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool was good too. The only problem we had there was one of the elevator was broken and so that was the only thing, but everything else was great.

10/10 Exceptional

It’s a nice hotel. The main feature is that it’s well built so you cannot hear the rooms above below or next to you. It’s clean. The elevators sometimes take a bit of time. It’s a good location if you plan on visiting old town and you can walk all around for free and there’s even groceries within walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like is some teenagers fooling around in the lobby and the old town theme park but it was fine. Great value. Pack sodas because they are super expensive all around there
