Visit was to be expected. Out of fairness I was only there for one night and arrived in the late evening and checked out early in the morning. Worth the stay based on price and quality and would stay again.

Amazing stay
Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were great, and I’m a very picky person. Shower was great and I didn’t feel like I was going to fall in the shower. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially Genesis and Terella.

Sleepless in Lauderdale
First room we were assigned reeked of urine as soon as we walked in, it was dark and the view was of some old house that looked like it was on its last leg. The energy was eerie (avoid room 403). We immediately requested another room and they immediately accommodated us. This room was much better, no stench but my God why do they need to use so much room deoderizer! It was almost unbearable! Room was clean, beds were comfy. However, the ac/heat unit was old & loud! the sound of other doors closing and people talking in the halls was annoyingly loud that i couldn't sleep. Sound proofing was definitely a feature not utilized in the construction of this hotel. They have a convenient parking garage and parking was free. They also offered free breakfast, but we did not get up in time to try it since i was so exhausted. If you're a deep sleeper, it's fine for a night. Location is ok too.

Always double lock your hotel door!
The front desk gave a key to our room to new guests. At 2 am, they are trying to get into our room. My husband is sleeping, and I am naked in the bathroom with door open getting into shower. Thank goodness we had double locked the door. It made a loud clang crash when they tried to enter. My husband jumped out of bed because he thought I had fallen in the bathroom. I screamed and shut and locked the bathroom door. This was a very traumatic situation.
