Beautiful hotel, always appreciate our nights at Gaylord! Fabulous holiday lights and had a great dinner at Moor. (Although do wish the Old Hickory was open every day of the week!) it’s just a little bit freezing in the hotel… but Floridians love their AC!

Great customer service and a beautiful property. Small issue with ants in our room, but we were able to be moved to another room. Not an easy shuttle service to Disney so be prepared to Uber. Additional charge to use a cart to unload your items to your room. Also, room comes with 4 passes to the pool. Additional passes are $50 regardless of your room type - even for a kid if they are +36”. Food at all of the restaurants is top notch!

Dont bother paying for chairs at the pool. We payed for premium seating for 3 days and every day we noticed people sitting in reserved seating without paying for it, they issue rist bands and the people didn't have the wrist bands which were white. big waste of money if you ask me

The property and staff are great! Now the cons: The price is not the price. Be ready to double your rate with every kind of fee they can throw at you. Water park is always closed. Common area is beautiful, but half of it was closed for a private party. Just feels like we paid full price for limited access. We will still give it another try. It’s a nice place.

Pool area: need to pressure wash stairs for slides. Restaurants: need more variety : breakfast buffet: what a waste of place, they should open for dinner as a Italian place sale pasta and pizza. Entertainment: so many conventions rooms empty : a movie theater for guests, and a nightclub for guests, these would make a big difference so guests don’t get bored and would come back. You guys have plenty of room to make nights more entertaining because now is always the same.
