Precruise stay
We came down for a cruise on the following day and stayed here. Its not in a tourist district but it was close to the cruise terminal. It was an older proprerty and looked like it had been recently renovated. We found it clean, and well appointed with thick and plush towels. Our overnight stay was pleasant. My only concern was the elevator was out or order and having to carry our suitcase up the stairs was not easy.

Room Key & Elevator Problems
Room key did not work after check-in and elevator out of order. Had to return luggage to car in order to walk to and notify front desk. Maintenance required to fix door handle so key would work causing a delay. Upon return to room after dinner, room key did not work again. Had to return to front desk and obtain new room key.

A nice place to stay for cheap.
Older hotel but well kept. Breakfast staff seemed mad they had to work. Lower numbered tv channels didn't work so couldn't watch the game. Soft beds and clean room. Only complaint was the amount of weed that was being smoked. Filled the air anytime you walked outside.

Nice and convenient
I went for Gasparilla and celebrate a birthday. We went ti Bern’s steak house. The the room was conveniently located to where we needed to be. It was clean and they came in and cleaned it up in between the nice days. I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Condition of furniture is older. Clothes hangers in the rooms would be appreciated. A microwave on the lobby would be good for guests who don't have a room with a microwave. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Great small Hotel
Stayed two nights. Hotel was in a good location. Close to stores and restaurants. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a two story hotel. I asked for a first floor room so it would be covenant for luggage and quick in and out. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and great remodeled shower! Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Located on busy South Dale Mabry Hwy. but could not hear it. Very quiet. Felt very safe traveling as a solo female. Got a good price for a Thursday and Friday on Hotels.com at $137 for it being in season. Was going to stay another night but price went to $264. I would definitely stay again!

Great for in and out stays.
This is great for an in and out stay. Coming to a convention last minute this worked out perfect. It’s not brand new but it is clean. The outside is well put together and tidy. The complimentary breakfast is a fail but the juices are good. Like I said it’s perfect for an in and out stay. Front desk was great and check in was easy. Thank you.
