"I liked that the front desk people were so helpful. I also liked that the hotel had a voucher for parking nearby which was great. The room I stayed in had a claw foot bathtub which was wonderful. Next time I come to Arcata I will stay at the Hotel Arcata again."

"The room was nice but we were on the first floor by the pool and it was very noisy in the halls! We also ate dinner in the dining room and it was good."

"Room was a nice size. The front desk lady was nice and pleasant. They gave us extra pillows and had them ready in the room when we got there. The only negative thing was parking was rough. There are not a lot of spaces and spots were small. "

"The facility was easy to find. Parking on the ground floor is somewhat tight. Second floor accommodations were good, very quiet and comfortable. Check-in was via a remote workdesk and was actually quite novel and very efficient. Good price for the room and close to the downtown location where the event we were attending was held."

. The property seems to be quite new and everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options including veggie frittata! Stephanie at the front desk was extremely considerate in following up on a small matter, even after we checked out. We would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"Loved the studio style of the room with a bed in a separate room and a jack and jill style bathroom. Was clean and quiet, though the room we were in had issues with the door not opening properly with the room key, something they should have already have fixed. Other than that it was a nice and convenient place to stay while we were visiting the Redwood National Park."

"Nasty, filthy. People cooking in the parking lot. Could not get to a parking place. People roaming around and staring at our vehicle. Unsafe. No smoke alarm. I told the clerk we couldn’t stay there. So we went to a different hotel.
