The thing that was so bad, we arrived in the middle of afternoon, it was almost 90 decree weather and we have two cats, they have no air condition in the hotel, I called the front desk time and time and the hotel manager, and they kept telling me we are working on fixing it. The room was unparebal. I went to dinner met the owner and I have asked him about the air situation, he told me that they turn it of beginning of November, so I was lied to all along by everyone from the hotel manager down to the reception. I went to the desk and confronted the manager and staff and they admired that they were lying all along and refused to return my money , but they agreed to give me a refund on the second day. I hate even how horrible the night went for us and the cats, my other friends in the two rooms next to us, had to open the balcony doors but to many musqitos and too noisy they could not sleep. In the morning we tried to leave I saw the owner again, I told him that I will be leaving and I cannot stay with out air, he took my room number and told me that he will have air turned on in my room within one hour. He did turn it on and I was the only one with air at the hotel.
