Outstanding Stay in the Heart of Milan Location: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Hotel: 5/5 Hotel Straf exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Duomo and major city attractions, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch; everyone was friendly, highly attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless stay. The hotel itself has a unique, sleek modern design that gives it a great vibe. An incredible hotel all around—I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and the ultimate prime location in Milan!

4/10 Fair

Great location, lovely staff, my room felt like a cell, tiny with concrete walls and lots of black. If that is a design experience that appeals by all means stay here but it was not to my taste.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

6/10 Good

The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is at night there was a weird smell of dirty waters. Maybe since the city is old that happens. Also I would’ve liked toiletries supplies in the bathroom like a toothbrush. Otherwise, good place and great location.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

Great location .... average Hotel

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes. There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine. The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
