Nice hotel on a quiet street. However Fiume area had nothing much around it, had to go to termini or main attractions by bus, not walkable.

Great staff, attractive hotel and good prices
This hotel has an attractive style, comfortable rooms and very reasonable pricing compared to other hotels in the city. We got a room with a balcony, which was a nice plus. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and about a 20-minute walk to many attractions (but there are bunch of restaurants much closer). The staff was super pleasant and helpful — they made the stay even better!
