"This Cottages are very unique. There is a mix of old and modern. Outside look tells you the buildings were built long ago, but built Very Well, many modern buildings, if not all, would be jaleous to have such sturdy construction.
Compared to other luxury hotels in Banff, we felt and feel more control over our stay. More freedom.
The wood burning inside, in an amazing fireplace, is unprecedented experience.

Our room also came equipped with a floor fan which was amazing since we’re a big fan of fans while we sleep! They had extra blankets in the rooms as well and we had not 1 but...

"Nice hotel we have stayed here before. One thing to mention the rooms are small and the beds are small compared to most other hotels. The hotel is quaint and has a bar and a restaurant attached. All in all a nice place to stop. You must like the sound of trains as the line is across the road."

"My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff.
We had lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at the Hotel’s dining rooms. Excellent Food, Service and Ambience. Wonderful!
