Wifi did not work, rooms very tight, run down place.
Room was a good size. We stayed in a family suite. Needs were great but sofa was hard as a rock but the worst thing was the 1980s cable set up. Very limited channels. Everything we clicked on said we need a subscription to watch. The TV's are 16x9 but the cable box only outputs 4x3. Furniture is from 1980s as well. Parking is free for all and very small. You can't park on the road. Unless you get this place for very cheap then pass!
It was good
Older 'gem' hotel in the heart of Banff. This place has some amazing mid-century vibes and was super clean. I was impressed, and will be back.
Love it. Go there whenever i can
Great prices, dog friendly, excellent service from staff. Thank you.
I was told every thing was good, despite the age of the building..
We were late getting in. Front desk was alert and happy to see us. The room requested was no pets and there was no pet sign or smell. Also requested no scent and the air was fresh and without scent. Room was well appoonyed in keeping with recent cleaning restrictions to reduce staff exposure to pathogens brought be visitors. Thoughtful and Understandable. Location is perfect, close to river trails and to downtown. Riverside room was very quiet and comfortable. And, though i dont usually sleep well in hotels, my sleep here was marvellous. Many thanks to a great stay.
The building is a little dated but perfectly located for getting around in Banff and it was clean and comfortable
VERY old 70’s style cheap hotel, rock hard mattresses, paper thin walls....get what you pay for.
