Family weekend at Copperpoint
The building is very well run and clean, the amenities were great, except the restaurant didn't provide take out food until after 5. The hot tubs and pools were a highlight.

Goldilocks mattress, clean and comfortable.
The hotel was fully booked so the place was busy, including pools and hot tubs. If the second hot tub outside was open, probably would've made it a little less busy since people were waiting but staff were good to ensure max capacities were being observed. I'm more of a mid firmness mattress kind of guy as well as my wife so the really firm mattress a little less to be desired but you can't make everyone happy. None the less, the room itself was cozy and comfortable. Walls a bit thin buy neighbors were pretty quiet by 10 pm.

Amenities are not being managed actively during COVID. Outdoor hot tubs were both closed the time I went to use them. Apparently “icy” conditions. Funny how placed like the Jasper Park Lodge do t have this icing problem. Figure it out and PS only having one tub open is really poor given distancing requirements.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Could use some cosmetic changes and the heater in our room made a rattling noise the entire night which maintenance said they couldn't fix. I expected more

This resort did not disappoint. It’s beautiful, staff was really nice. We stayed overnight on our way to Panorama, booked very last minute (basically from the parking lot). 2-bedrooms was gorgeous. I would definitely stay again, winter or summer.

TINY room, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Balcony covered in ice and un-usable, walls are PAPER thin between room. Could hear a beer can being opened next door, word for word phone conversations etc, plus the usual hallway noise. Only one hot tub working outdoors. We paid the higher rate for access to a tub.. and couldn’t even get a turn in one with the hotel being so busy. Would not stay again.
