New, clean, good location, but odd room layouts
I was a little underwhelmed by the room I booked (Junior Studio). It was a small room with king bed with a tiny balcony that overlooked a parking lot. The desk manager offered to upgrade us to a suite, but the first room was also small and the tiny bedroom had no window. The larger loft offered to us was better, but was it was very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs to the king bed in the loft with no bathroom. The larger balcony overlooked the main street which did get noisy from all the tour buses across the street, but at least was decent. Hotel is located in a good location.

Centrally located to all the things in downtown Banff. Easy access to the Trans Canada Highway. Lovely staff. Great rooms.

Cute little resort
Very nice hotel with cute balconies and nice in room amenities including a small kitchenette area. I would note that the majority of public amenities are across the street at Banff Park Lodge. It was no big deal, but just a note that the restaurants and pool area are across the road. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.
