"Located on a reststop, check-in is in the gas station. The staff didn't speak English but we made it work. As a guest of the hotell you get a 25% discount on food at the reststop. Parking is behind the hotel in a secluded parking space. The hotel and rooms where very clean, fresh and quiet. Perfect as an overnight stop while traveling."

"Stayed here for one night, price was good and actually cheaper via Hotels.com than with the hotel directly. The hotel is large and grand (typical of the brand) with a huge outdoor car park with no height restrictions. Room was pleasant and clean but as is the case with all German Van Der Valk Hotels the standard room was no way near as nice as the more modern Dutch ones. Worth staying when rates are low but not when high. Be warned in summer rooms would be boiling as no AC. Good breakfast...

"What a beautiful hotel, and how beautiful is Düsseldorf😍. The hotel was easy to find, car park is next to it, our room was wonderful, and all of the staff were so kind and polite. Düsseldorf really does show off a rich German history, beautiful buildings, and such a vibrant night light life. I'm told over 300 bars😲 Breakfast here was amazing, the bar was lovely for having a drink before we went out. Overall a wonderful hotel and one we can't wait to visit again. Thank you for having us."

"We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel"

No slippers were in room, we had to ask from housekeeping, there were no phone in the room so couldnt ask from reception. Receptionist was somehow rude, we didnt feel welcomed. Kind of killed the vibe as soon as we got in. I would consider twice staying here, just because of hospitality, the rest was good and enough."

Just one suggestion to management team - coffee machine in facility is very complicated to operate and we tried and failed multiple times. "We had a very pleasent stay. The waterfontaine was pretty, but also noisy (from app.10 AM until 9 PM) when we opened our window. Good A/C Very good breakfast and overall very friendly staff (cleaning, doormen, breakfast etc.) We would gladly come back another time"
