Das Zimmer wurde Doppel belegt.
Wenn Sie ein Zimmer gebucht haben und sogar eine Bestätigung erhalten haben, bedeutet es nicht, dass Sie das Zimmer bekommen. Mir wurde, als ich bereits unterwegs war mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer bereits belegt ist und ich soll mich um eine neue Buchung selbst kümmern. Nach langen Telefonaten, wurde uns neue Variante vorgeschlagen, welche wir sofort zugesagt haben. Am Ankunft um 22:00 ins Hotel, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass für uns kein Zimmer gebucht wurde. Unsere 5-jährige Tochter hat nicht ausgehalten und einfach im Flur des Hotels eingeschlafen. Überlegen Sie sich sehr gut, bevor Sie ein Hotel bei Expedia buchen
