Fantastic quadruple room with 4 single beds. Showeroom clean. Had toiletries and towels. No kettle. But filter machine. A/c not very poweful. But location is Fantastic. 5 min walk from sanctuary. Breakfast lovely. Would book again

Not a four star hotel or a star hotel
Issues with room allocation considering a 4star hotel, changed room wasn’t bad. Beds were just ordinary and not proper bed sheets were used,Towels were too old and didn’t look good. No complimentary water bottles provided. Low quality instant use cups were provided for toilet usage and for making tea/coffee in the room. Front desk staff were helpful and smiling, Xavier was helpful .

Can do more cleaning in the shower & toilet. After cleaning the room didn’t keep coffee, tea, sugar & milk. Also didn’t keep cups.phoned the reception they asked us to come to the bar to get them. Got 2 tea cups . It’s was very dirty. Bit disappointed with the service .

Clean hotel with self parking in Lourdes
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Lourdes. The room was good, decent size, a bit outdated but clean, with coffee maker and refill of coffee and cream everyday. The people were very nice at reception they explained all the activities at the sanctuary and also what to eat around town. Very good stay in general
