Not a good stay throughout
Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through to the hotel at all after 5pm on the day prior and the day of my arrival. Both days the message said that they’re closed until tomorrow! I was arriving late evening after working a long shift and finishing at 11:30pm hoping to have an easy, worry free check in, however I needed some help as I couldn’t find any of my access codes and key codes to access my room, but to no avail from the hotel as there’s nobody to check you in it’s all self service! Eventually after an hour hotels.com managed to help me check in. When I did arrive my tv was not working, no signal at all no matter what I tried and had no tv the whole time I was there as there was nobody to contact to get assistance! Incredibly noisy with people entering at all hours through the loud and heavy doors with the constant sound of people inputting their key codes beeping throughout the night. I was on the bottom floor and couldn’t sleep a wink Clean rooms and bathroom, but unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay as I was exhausted from lack of sleep, couldn’t not get in contact with anybody for help from the hotel at all and I had no tv :(
